Divna. Aktan. Young Inclusion in Nordland

The County Council says:

• Preventing exclusion is society's responsibility an not just a task for the individual
• Early measures to prevent youth exclusion
• We invite challenges to our own practices - and therefor also to national framework conditions

Main goal

Nordland has both room for and need for everyone.

Our young people must feel a sense of belonging and have the opportunity to participate in society, on their own terms.

Sub-goal 1

Children and young people must have good upbringing conditions across the whole of Nordland.

Sub-goal 2

Youth in Nordland must have comprehensive and

coordinated services where they are.

Sub-goal 3

Sami youth must be able to participate in society on their own cultural and linguistic terms.

Sub-goal 4

Children and young adults with diabilities should have equal opportunities to study, work, and participate in society.
